The principles governing use of the Curvea Design website and its content.
01. Scope
These Terms govern use of curveadesign.com, the website of Curvea Design, an independent creative development studio based in Lebanon. Separate client agreements and independent product terms may apply.
02. Website information
The website describes our services, products, experiments, work and editorial content for general information. Website descriptions do not by themselves constitute a binding offer of a specific service, price or timeline.
03. Permitted use
Visitors may browse public pages and share links lawfully. Unauthorized access, interference with site operation, malicious code, impersonation and infringement of others' rights are prohibited, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
04. Intellectual property
Original Curvea Design branding, website design, writing, artwork and other studio materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party content remains subject to its owners' rights. Commercial reproduction or misrepresentation requires permission or another lawful basis.
05. Experiments and portfolio
Digital Experiments may depict fictional brands or speculative concepts, not actual products or client engagements. Portfolio examples illustrate particular work and do not guarantee a future project's outcome or deliverables.
06. Professional services
An inquiry or initial reply does not establish a client contract. Scope, deliverables, price, payment, schedule, revisions, ownership, support and cancellation are governed by separately accepted quotations or service agreements.
07. External links and products
Linked products and third-party platforms may have separate terms, prices and privacy practices. Linking does not necessarily imply endorsement or control.
08. Accuracy and availability
We aim for useful, accurate content but may update or remove material and cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or duties that cannot legally be excluded.
09. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Curvea Design is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on general website information, temporary interruptions or independently operated third-party services. Mandatory legal protections and separately agreed service obligations remain unaffected.
